REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation made 7 days or more before the appointment date: Full Refund.
• Cancellation made 4 days or more before the appointment date: 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellation made 2 days or more before the appointment date: 90% cancellation fee will be charged.
• Cancellation made within 48 hours of the appointment: No refund will be allowed.

Postponement Policy:

• Sessions can be postponed a maximum of two times within a two-week period from the original appointment date.
• If canceled during the postponement period, a 100% cancellation fee will apply, i.e., no refund will be processed from the date of the originally booked appointment.

Monthly Therapy Sessions:

• Payments for monthly sessions (Speech/Language/Voice/Swallowing/Stuttering Therapy) must be made in advance before the commencement of the first session of the month.
• No refunds will be processed once the monthly sessions begin.

Digital and Physical Products:

• No refunds will be processed after purchasing any digital or physical product from the website and/or clinic location/s.
• Products will be delivered within the specified shipping time.

Hearing Aid Purchases:

• No refunds will be provided after the purchase of any hearing aid or hearing aid accessory.
• Hearing aids will be customized and programmed during the final fitting session. Feedback regarding programming changes must be provided during this session.
• Free reprogramming sessions are provided as per the outlined schedule (up to the service validity period) - Please check 'Terms & Conditions' Page for the Reprogramming Schedule.

Non-Attendance Clause:

• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being marked as completed, and no refunds or rescheduling will be permitted.

Force Majeure Clause:

• In the event of cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), SHORA Hearing and Speech Clinic will provide rescheduling options or refunds at its sole discretion.

Refund Processing Timeline:

• SHORA Hearing and Speech Clinic reserves the right to evaluate and approve refund or cancellation requests at its sole discretion. If a refund or cancellation is granted, you will be notified personally via email or WhatsApp, including the applicable terms and the estimated timeline for processing the request.
