TERMS & CONDITIONS

To book the session you need to first make the payment as per the respective appointment on "Book Appointment" page.

Please note the Rules of Cancellation for ANY APPOINTMENT - Speech / Hearing

1. Any Cancellation of appointment made before 7 days of the appointment date, a FULL REFUND will be processed.
2. Any Cancellation of appointment made before 4 days of the appointment date, 50% CANCELLATION fee will be charged.
3. Any Cancellation of appointment made before 2 days of the appointment date, 90% CANCELLATION fee will be charged.
4. Any Cancellation of appointment made between 48hours upto the time of the appointment, NO REFUND will be allowed or processed.
5. Please note that these rules are in place because each session takes 40 to 45mins and the slot is booked ONLY for you. We ask you to kindly respect our time as we do yours.
6. If there is a genuine reason as to why you cannot attend the session, kindly inform us on +918169807399 to postpone the session. The postponement of a session can be carried out for maximum 2 weeks for a total of 2 times only. Please note that for any cancellation of appointment during the postponement period, 100% CANCELLATION fee will be charged i.e. from the date of the 1st appointment booked (postponed or not), NO REFUND will be allowed or processed.
7. A "Month" of Speech Therapy is defined as the Total number of sessions decided by the Speech Therapist for a total of 4 weeks of any particular month / between any 2 months.
8. Payments for "Monthly" Speech/Language/Voice/Swallowing/Stuttering Therapy Sessions have to be done in advance i.e. before the commencement of the 1st Speech/Language/Voice/Swallowing/Stuttering  Sessions have begun for the month.
9. The fee for such "Monthly" sessions will be communicated to you in-person during the consultation by our Speech Therapist.
10. NO REFUNDS will be processed once a digital and/or physical product is purchased from our website and/or clinic location/s. Rest assured, your purchased product will reach you in the amount of time given for shipping.

Please note the Rules of Hearing Aid Trial and Hearing Aid Dispensing:

1. A Hearing Aid Trial will be done before prescribing any hearing aid for the respective patient.
2. As per Ethical Practices, please ask for a Hearing Aid Trial with Programming of the Hearing Aid by our expert Audiologist. Please note that it is not an ethical Audiological Practice to prescribe a Hearing Aid and Dispense a Hearing Aid to a patient without expertly programming it as it can cause more damage to a patient's ears rather than helping the patient to hear well.
3. One “Hearing Aid Trial Session” is defined as a 40min to 50min session. Hearing Aid/s can be purchased after this trial is completed.
4. We are experts in providing an Audiological experience to our patients and therefore your Hearing Health is our Priority. We do not go by a "one size fits all" rule. We customize every Hearing Aid and give you a Personalized experience to live a better quality of life with better hearing health.
5. We have options of Hearing Aids for ALL BUDGETS. Please feel free to mention your budget to us. We will give you options that best suit you and your hearing needs.
6. You will be asked to sign a consent form just before you pay and purchase any hearing aid from us. Please read the form carefully before signing.
7. NO REFUNDS will be provided from the date of purchase of ANY Hearing Aid/Hearing Aid Accessory.
8. Our Audiologist will directly communicate with you about your Hearing Aid Shipping and Delivery.
9. Please note that the Hearing Aid Purchased by you i.e. the final product has to be programmed and fitted to your ears. During the Final Hearing Aid Fitting Session you can let our Audiologist know if the programming needs any more changes according to your immediate hearing needs.
10. We offer "Free Hearing Aid Reprogramming Sessions Service" as given below. Reprogramming Sessions are given as per the following default schedule from the date of purchase of Hearing Aid/s:

                  a.   1 month

                  b.   3 months

                  c.   6 months

                  d.   1 year

                  e.   1 year 6 months

                   f.   2 years

         10.   However, we offer this FREE Reprogramming service for sessions apart from the ones

                  above if you feel you need a change in the settings of your Hearing Aids, upto the date

                  of validity of the Service given as below.

         11.   Our Offer with every Hearing Aid Purchase:

                   a.   For a purchase made from us of a Hearing Aid/s of 2 years warranty by the

                          company, SHORA Hearing and Speech Clinic offers 1 year FREE Reprogramming

                          Service from the date of purchase (per patient - per bill). After the completion of the

                          above term, Reprogramming service will be charged with a fee

                          (Please refer "Book Appointment" Page).

                    b.  For a purchase made from us of a Hearing Aid/s of 3 years warranty by the

                          company, SHORA Hearing and Speech Clinic offers 1 year and 6 months

                          FREE Reprogramming Service from the date of purchase (per patient - per bill). After

                          the completion of the above term, Reprogramming service will be charged with a fee

                          (Please refer "Book Appointment" Page).

                    c.   For a purchase made from us of a Hearing Aid/s of 4 years warranty by the

                          company, SHORA Hearing and Speech Clinic offers 2 years FREE Reprogramming

                          Service from the date of purchase (per patient - per bill). After the completion of the

                          above term, Reprogramming service will be charged with a fee

                          (Please refer "Book Appointment" Page).

                    d.   For a purchase made from us of a Hearing Aid/s of  ₹90,000/- or lower,

                          SHORA Hearing and Speech Clinic offers 8 months FREE Reprogramming

                          Service from the date of purchase (per patient - per bill). After the completion of the

                          above term, Reprogramming service will be charged with a fee

                          (Please refer "Book Appointment" Page).

Fee Structure and Pricing Policy:
The fees for services and the prices of products offered by SHORA Hearing and Speech Clinic are subject to change at any time without prior notice. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information, we reserve the right to revise prices to reflect changes in market conditions, supplier costs, or other operational factors. All charges at the time of consultation or purchase will be considered final.
